<title><![CDATA[卑鄙的老三(係冰皮老三)]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>今天跟胡先生做了一天保母</p><p>抱著臻臻回家後，大家都散了一樣</p><p>難怪陳媽媽每天都疲倦到不能、倒頭便睡</p><p>碰巧同事囡囡一歲慶生會，順道帶臻臻到教會參加聚會囉囉囉~</p><p>回家後，幸好有陳媽媽做好晚飯</p><p>所以世上只有媽媽好是正確的啊﹗</p><p>那這一輯為什麼是老三的私房米紙卷呢？</p><p>事關陳媽媽做飯之餘更不忘幫老三預備米紙卷的內餡，最後由老三包包包包包</p><p>完成了是日晚餐﹗</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_13/blog/ap_20090712111444197.jpg.jpg?ib_____DptTTes7o" border="0" /></p><p>米紙卷有不是人人愛吃的芫茜、陳媽媽醃青瓜、甘筍片、米線等等等</p><p>以米紙包好，再醮以酸汁同食</p><p>可以想像到有多醒胃嗎？夏天，就是要吃點輕盈小吃、清新一下</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>朋友話兩個人要見面、要相處、要愛，唔駛等大時大節；任何日子都可以係專屬你地的情人節啦~~</p><p>咁都講得0岩，情人節越來越逼人食飯、越來越貴、越來越商業化；可以的話，係呢個日子，同情人朋友家人一齊玩住飯仔，焗個甜蜜蜜燒豬頸肉，經濟實惠唔會比人X到你一頸血啦~</p><p>喂，你地睇下佢似唔似叉燒？</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_10/blog/ap_20090210113744590.jpg.jpg?ib_____DgmMpbgUL" border="0" /></p><p>其實口感都有d似，今次的豬頸肉我用另一種方法，唔再用刀薄切，而係用......</p><p>用剪刀剪到佢一條條......</p><p>哈哈~食落有豬頸肉的爽口、有叉燒的樣子(真好)</p><p>今次用左兩個青檸、兩湯匙魚露、兩湯匙紹酒、兩湯匙糖、大半湯匙鹽、少少白胡椒黎醃佢過夜</p><p>點解叫佢做甜蜜蜜燒豬頸肉？因為當佢地焗到金金黃黃的時候，你從焗爐拉佢出黎(唔係拉佢出黎打)，係佢身上淋上蜜糖(薄薄地一層就ok喇)，再焗多2分鐘左右，一陣甜蜜蜜的味道就會充滿你的飯桌喇~~~</p><p>P.S.我個焗爐係猛火焗爐，所以180度焗10-15分鐘就得架喇；你地自己執生喇~~</p>]]></description>
