	<description><![CDATA[<p>我相信每家每戶都有自己一種特別的味道</p><p>朋友講過炒芥蘭加薑汁、酒和糖的食味，是他父親專屬的味道</p><p>嗅到香燭的火舌味，就會想起叔公的家</p><p>雪花糕、玉蘭油的護膚香氣，是兒時陳媽媽給我的氣味回憶</p><p>味甘帶蔗香的古法年糕，就是兒時陳爸爸在鄉下帶回來的過年味道</p><p>大概已經有十幾年沒看過、吃過這種獨特的鄉下味</p><p>年初三的晚上，老三一進門口就好興奮的說，有好東西﹗</p><p>原來她從車干先生的家裡把爸爸的鄉下味帶了回來</p><p>看﹗就是這個東西﹗</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_9/blog/ap_20090130125127220.jpg.jpg?ib_____DHaM8St5G" border="0" /></p><p>是一種粉粉、有點硬，第一口不怎麼樣、慢慢咀嚼才吃得到甘甜和做這道料理的人那份心意跟賣力。</p><p>年糕嘛，要吃得糯又有咬口，撻漿的功夫省不了。</p><p>車干先生，請你代我們跟婆婆和你媽道謝了﹗</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>雖然味道是很像了，可沒有陳爸爸，這種味道只能當隨意門</p><p>帶我回到那年那月那個春節，在廚房......爸爸切一片年糕片給我，自己也跟著吃，還邊吃邊用鄉下話說「好吃好吃﹗」</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>老豆，你好嗎？充心感謝、珍重再見</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>今日大年初三，祝大家全年都有氣有力、身壯力健、中氣十足﹗</p><p>恭喜、恭喜</p><p>話說放假之前我去左Jusco入貨，買左包豆腐煎餅粉，見個包裝既樣好似好好味咁，所以就買左一包番黎試下，點知就出事喇~</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_9/blog/ap_20090127125115751.jpg.jpg?ib_____DcQMkrNGI" border="0" /></p><p>拿﹗我無執過d色架﹗原來已經係咁既款~係咪好似幾好味咁呢？</p><p>唔好比佢虛假的外表欺騙你地，實質上唔多好味架~</p><p>具體d黎講，佢既質地真係豆腐咁，只係加左果包粉之後就可以整成一個個咁去煎</p><p>最後就成為你地見到既咁~</p><p>重點黎喇，一咬落去果種糊pat pat的質地唔係人人都受~</p><p>而咁鐘意食煙un野既我，當然你即時從must buy item將佢kick away啦~</p><p>不過話哂我都好比心機去整，而且想提醒大家唔好去jusco買呢包豆腐煎餅粉，$10都係錢黎架嘛~要買就不如買佢地既冷麵，好好味~~~</p><p>等天氣無咁凍，我就整個冷麵食下~~</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>依，今日赤口，我要搵人鬧下交先得~~一陣再傾~~~</p>]]></description>
