	<description><![CDATA[<p>早幾日post左生胡椒，我發現多左好多人睇</p><p>唔通大家都好想知生胡椒點整？</p><p>好﹗就因為咁，我同陳媽媽合作整左呢個<strong>生胡椒炒雞扒</strong></p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_12/blog/ap_20090416121936941.jpg.jpg?ib_____DZwaJDq0o" border="0" /></p><p>你咪睇我手震震以為我年紀大(我年紀都唔細既~)</p><p>係因為我......我我我......我頭先中d胡椒啊</p><p>生胡椒果篇有blogger問我點樣整d胡椒，我都講過下架喇</p><p>用研磨(好似石磨咁架，上海街有售)中碎d胡椒</p><p>又或者好似我咁無呢樣野既，用個麵棍將d胡椒係碗度中中中中中爆佢~</p><p>唔係我粗魯(我的確好唔斯文)，而係唔中佢唔出味架(出爐鐵一樣、唔打唔得架)</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_12/blog/ap_20090416122003644.jpg.jpg?ib_____DV9Ug4B4q" border="0" /></p><p>陳媽媽預先醃左d雞扒(唔好問我點醃、用咩醃，我唔知架，放工番黎就已經醃ed)</p><p>熱油爆香胡椒碎(加一兩條無中過既做decor)，加入雞扒兜炒至熟就ok喇~</p><p>我話比大家知，之後一連兩餐陳媽媽都用生胡椒整蝦啦、雞扒again啦啦啦啦~</p><p>好好好好好味，味辛不辣，大家都試下呃~</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>陳媽媽整雞翼的技術越來越出神入化</p><p>計南乳雞翼之後，豉油雞翼係另一個必點系列</p><p>雖然好多地方都可以食得到</p><p>但媽媽的味道係獨家架~</p><p>每個屋企的媽媽即使煮野食有幾唔耍家，都總有一款係獨家</p><p>無論幾時食都會有一種份外親切的味道，哪怕係加蛋的出前一丁，對嗎？</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_8/blog/ap_20081128105428713.jpg.jpg?ib_____D.u0jPszd" border="0" /></p><p>記得一個教班的下午，同學生睇一齣短片</p><p>裡面講到一個做裁縫的爸爸唔想個仔大個之後行佢條舊路，成為一個窮裁縫</p><p>所以一直都唔支持果個好有天份的仔圓夢</p><p>最後更帶佢個鐘意做衫鐘意到行為有d怪異的仔去睇心理醫生</p><p>醫生的建議雖然有d莫名其妙，因為個仔話如果老豆著多d西裝就好，所以就建議爸爸多著西裝；最攪笑係爸爸真係大熱天時著住件西裝，足足兩個月......</p><p>呢個故事可能對大家黎講無咩意思，但我同學分享既係......</p><p>天下的父母心入面都係愛鍚子女既，只係可能唔識表達，或者用錯方法去表達</p><p>阿芝的「五星級的家」入面的苦公(苦榮小苦妹的公公)講過「仔啊女啊，呢個世上無天生的父母，佢地都係學緊做，就好似你地學做人一樣。」</p><p>邊個都想人地比機會、欣賞同認同嘛。</p><p>父母的生命唔一定會比我地長，今晚試下係父母訓著之後，靜靜去望下佢地，你會發現佢地的勞心勞力已經係佢地髮鬢、臉頰已留低難以磨滅的痕跡......</p><p>你地相信嘛，即使我呢班學生係其他人的眼中係幾咁曳、幾咁唔聽話、幾咁為世所不容；但佢地都錫佢地的屋企人，會愛錫家人的人壞極有個普......</p><p>唔知點解咁多嘮叨，有時都會覺得陳媽媽長氣又鐘意攪攪陣，但一想起媽媽為我地辛勞左大半世，就應該好好愛鍚佢，連陳爸爸的份一起愛鍚佢......</p><p>天冷喇，朋友，你今晚有無攬下你的屋企人啊？</p>]]></description>
