<title><![CDATA[曲奇鬆餅]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>呢款鬆餅我係行二德惠時買既預拌粉，見佢話有埋蛋糕紙杯仔送埋，又未整過cookie and cream既鬆餅口味，所以就買黎試下囉~</p><p>well......把鬼啊把鬼啊~</p><p>你知嘛？果d紙杯仔既生命力仲弱過我條村d花(動物之森)，一放個漿入去就扁哂，結果我把心一橫，用番哂自己d鬆餅紙杯，所以由18個小蛋糕變成四個正常size鬆餅</p><p>口感係so far so good啦，外脆內軟，享受double up(好似唔知咩廣告有句咁既野，有無blogger知道？請告之~)</p><p>最後既結論係，我唔會再買黎整，下次都係自己攪份量無咁嬲~</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817125550312.jpg.jpg?ib_____DedQFgMAi" border="0" /></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[檸茶走甜呃唔該]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>實不相暪，我真係好鐘意飲檸茶走甜，雖然唔知邊個朋友講我知，原來飲得多會提早dimensia，不過我都唔理咁多，想飲就飲~~</p><p>我想用呢種飲品整果凍好耐架喇﹗今次終於的起心肝做起~(事源我mou係廚櫃前面睇下有無就到期既食材要用，又比我見到幾包紅茶包，又見到雪櫃有個檸檬，咁咪......咁咪......就咁囉~)</p><p>well，由於本人鐘意OTea走甜，所以是次果凍的味道係零甜味既~~(傻眼)；不過以下介紹的食譜內我已加番糖份，大家可以按個人喜好再自行配方啦~</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817124835688.jpg.jpg?ib_____Dy_vsTaQy" border="0" /><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817124810700.jpg.jpg?ib_____DbTgi1Yk2" border="0" /><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817124743178.jpg.jpg?ib_____Dk.62wIwi" border="0" /></p><p>一點點黑色既唔係dirty，係茶葉黎架，都係我唔好，無過篩就注入模具......(滴汗)</p><p>材料﹕檸檬汁1個、紅茶包2個、蒟蒻粉30克、大滾熱水700ml、糖45克</p><p>做法﹕紅茶包先用大滾水焗出茶味及色，再混入糖至融，最後沖開蒟蒻粉，加入檸檬汁並攪至沒有粉粒，即可。</p><p>小撇步﹕如有茶葉碎，需過濾後再注入模具，會令外觀更好睇~</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>因為鸚鵡既原故，我整左糯米滋</p><p>之前整過雪花芒果卷、整過草餅、整過紅豆糯米滋，今次整呢個糯米滋加左芋頭味香油，就成為暗紫色香芋糯米滋，餡料係日式紅豆泥，正﹗好味﹗</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080822064020428.jpg.jpg?ib_____DOG4K0vCS" border="0" /></p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080822064056231.jpg.jpg?ib_____DBYtPgJ6L" border="0" /></p><p>材料﹕芋頭香油3滴、糯米粉130克、椰汁200克、糖65克、手粉適量、紅豆泥適量</p><p>做法﹕</p><p>(1) 除手粉及紅豆泥之外，所有材料勻和，置微波爐叮2分30秒，放至微暖待用。</p><p>(2) 紅豆泥搓成小圓球，將糯米團分成相若的小團，包入餡料，滾在手粉上成可。</p><p>小撇步﹕</p><p>(1) 手粉有現成出售，但我喜歡將粟粉白獲炒熱成為手粉，因為口感較細緻。</p><p>(2) 紅豆泥可在吉豬島十蚊店有售，這款較易搓成小團，如太濕可白獲略炒片刻，乾乾地易搓d~</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>昨日市民最關心的除了中國女排能否打敗巴西隊，應該就是隻鸚鵡何時訪港</p><p>天文台剛提出明早改掛八號機會不大，我認識的群體之中，絕大部份是夜已闖四方城、預備徹夜不眠；皆因大家都在等候這個傳說中全年最強的颱風降臨；如果真的下午才掛八號的話，天文台不被轟至體無完膚才怪。</p><p>來，開個盤﹗</p><p>我估6時前會掛八號(雖然我希望全日都沒有掛八號，因為工作性質的原故，將受到頗大的影響)；胡先生開盤12nn會掛，休半日市；你覺得呢？</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>我同陳爸爸好鐘意食硬野，特別係果d硬到咬崩牙既米通就最0岩我地口味</p><p>陳媽媽成日話呢d野好熱氣，唔係好比我地食，可能因為越唔比我就越恨食，每次食既時候總係會想起陳爸爸食得好開心果個樣......</p><p>今次我整左個陳媽媽都食到既唔太硬唔太實米通，見媽媽都肯食兩舊我就知成功左，因為呢款我加左可可(媽媽唔食可可或者之古益架~)</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817125448480.jpg.jpg?ib_____DPYhUMMXj" border="0" /><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817125519756.jpg.jpg?ib_____D4SPi2BeZ" border="0" /></p><p>材料﹕棉花糖100克、可可米200克、牛油30克、可可粉1湯匙</p><p>做法﹕棉花糖及牛油隔水煮融，加入可可粉及可可米拌勻後即可造型。</p><p>小撇步﹕</p><p>(1) 棉花糖融左之後好難控制，黏埋d可可米就更加一發不可收拾，所以記得一直都用木匙攪動，到已經攪勻就即刻帶手套幫佢造型。</p><p>(2) 最簡單既造型係壓入長方形鐵盤，用重物壓實；或者搓成小球都可以(唔好太大粒，好難咬架)</p><p>(3) 造形後要雪凍一個鐘頭先好切開，因為要令棉花糖凝固</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[洛神花果凍]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>你地有食過洛神花料理嗎？</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817124923585.jpg.jpg?ib_____DkocNbC.Z" border="0" /></p><p>佢既酸酸甜甜好醒胃架，聽講有補血的作用(0岩我地)；除此之外，洛神花更具有解熱、抗高血壓、治療肝病、平衡身體內的酸鹼 值的效果；咁洛神花到底可以點樣食用呢？</p><p>原來可以用黎做果醬、整果汁、曬乾用黎沖花茶、醃製成蜜餞，甚至加糖發酵做酒添啊......咁當然唔少得我最鐘意既果凍啦﹗</p><p>我今次就介紹整洛神花果凍~</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817125025288.jpg.jpg?ib_____DVIthEXBG" border="0" /></p><p>有留意我個blog既朋友都知道我鐘意用海藻粉或者蒟蒻粉整果凍，因為我鐘意個煙煙unun既口感，而且糖份可以自己控制，食得健康又放心；今次既洛神花果凍係蒟蒻粉整，我係買package，所以按照包裝指示做就成功喇~(700ml大滾熱水沖開d粉就ok喇)</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817124956401.jpg.jpg?ib_____D6HXbnZqQ" border="0" /></p><p>可以整起之後放入盒子冷藏至凝固，再用模具cup個樣出黎，話明洛神花梗係整個花花樣先啦~</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_6/blog/ap_20080817125049614.jpg.jpg?ib_____DMOGZU6yL" border="0" /></p><p>我就係用呢個模架喇，好洗好用~~</p><p>洛神花果凍粉於烘焙專門店有售(我係二德惠買，唔貴架~)</p>]]></description>
