	<description><![CDATA[<p>尋晚兄弟姊妹團聚會</p><p>感激到場的大家，由於少有招呼咁大班朋友，所以準備得有點吃力</p><p>由於只係打邊爐，為表誠意我加埋餐前小食</p><p>我手腳慢所以要由朝準備到晚，好在大家都滿意，辛苦都係值得架~</p><p>d相要後補，因為太攰喇~</p><p>邊爐翌日(週日早上)答應朋友教整蛋糕，的確攰上加攰</p><p>不過睇在係好朋友既份上，加上佢認真學習同攪事既態度，同樣都係值得既~</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[咖啡小蛋糕]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>有兩三日無開爐整野食，襯今日涼涼地就整小蛋糕</p><p>呢個做法好易，見屋企用剩左包鬆餅粉就順手清貨，無鬆餅粉既可以每120g低粉+4g泡打粉就可以喇~</p><p>係焗緊既時候就知道好味，濃香的咖啡味、撐得飽飽滿滿的外表，如果唔係焗完已經十一點幾我會食一小口嚐一嚐(少食多滋味嘛)</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_15/blog/ap_20091021115846653.jpg?ib_____DHVNKD_hK" border="0" /></p><p>材料﹕鬆餅粉100g、糖50g、牛油50g、咖啡粉2大匙、熱水2大匙、蛋2隻</p><p>做法﹕</p><p>(1) 牛油置室溫軟化後加糖拌勻，蛋先打散後分兩次加入攪勻</p><p>(2) 咖啡粉以熱水開溶</p><p>(3) 鬆餅粉分兩三次加入步驟(1)以孤寒刮切拌至不見粉粒，最後加入步驟(2)拌勻</p><p>(4) 預熱焗爐170度，將麵糊注入小鬆餅杯至半滿，焗15分鐘左右至熟即可。</p><p>小撇步﹕</p><p>(1) 這個食譜用牛油量不多，建議照食譜用，這是我亂試出來的份量，感覺會比較不膩而且健康</p><p>(2) 咖啡粉我選用咖啡豆磨成顆粒狀，而不是即沖的；香味更濃</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[巨峰提子]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>由於中秋節當天有一些小意外</p><p>所以今天有一大箱巨峰提子</p><p>上一次吃巨峰提子是八年前在第二份summer job老闆從日本旅行回來的手信</p><p>第一口嚐到的就是清脆的提子皮，再來當然是豐厚的果肉與多到爆既果汁</p><p>那種香甜比糖果更為之動人</p><p>事隔八年再次將巨峰提子捧在手心，再次嚐到果味香濃的日本產物</p><p>是人長大了、食得好野多嗎？巨峰提子仍然美味，卻少了當年那份感動</p><p>不管怎樣，仍然要感恩能吃到好味的水果</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_15/blog/ap_20091010011929997.jpg?ib_____DpaWuKuTC" border="0" /></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[吃得落肚既幸福2]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>是日收夜，九點幾見到門外有黑影在閃動</p><p>沒有心知不妙、沒有報警求助，埋左盤數熄燈走人的時候才去「會一會」這傢伙</p><p>無錯﹗胡先生是也﹗</p><p>十二月的function令到這兩個月有很多night shift的時間</p><p>胡先生送來的窩心甜頭，實在能夠鼓勵一下我</p><p>登誕﹗ABC餅店的西梅糖</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_15/blog/ap_20091010011901417.jpg?ib_____DOsyaj58H" border="0" /></p><p>可以留到十一月，一見到成份有橙我就暗叫不妙@_@"</p><p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/q8Pppi__DOT__RHhS1zBCM438-_15/blog/ap_20091010011824198.jpg?ib_____Do2IJ1MXO" border="0" /></p><p>胡先生勉強食了半粒，我又食了半粒</p><p>嗯......師傅誠意可嘉，但論味道我想不對我們的胃口</p><p>以為酸味味嗎？合桃味蓋過了其他材料的味道，開頭以為買錯了，但盒底明明印著「西梅糖」字樣......結果啃到半路果味才淡淡滲出......</p><p>西梅味不夠濃，反而被橙汁蓋過風頭；老實講，我覺得合桃棗糕會更好</p><p>單看是師傅手功製作的懷舊糖果，加分不少；但要用到$28才有幾條，而味道就是一般般的話，我下次會試其他野......</p><p>any肥﹗感謝胡先生的甜頭~</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>幸福，這名詞曾經離我很遠</p><p>這兩年零七十四日以來，我發現它不時出現在身邊</p><p>雖然很多時侯我會鬧弊扭，但胡先生每次都以無限的耐性去包容與接納</p><p>最令我窩心的是，只要我提過想要的、想吃的，佢能力範圍做到都會滿足我</p><p>昨日提過想試試結志街的ABC餅屋西梅糖，今天午飯後就收到今晚收工有糖食既來電</p><p>哪怕只是一粒西梅糖</p><p>吃到的除了是造糖的師傅手工與心思</p><p>吃落肚既更是胡先生那份窩心、那份感動味蕾的幸福</p>]]></description>
